Since we moved over to Telstra and our managed Wan account giving us a private network has become a pain. When only a few people are on the system things run smoothly. Our main frame is a 2Mbit link, whilst the other states are 1.5/256k. The 256k part I feel is the issue and possible some incorrect configs on the cisco’s. Getting Telstra to do anythng is a real pain in the arse. When you actually get through to a real person, they are not o bad, some of the tech team actually know what they are doing, shame that the dross before you get to them don’t. Take my advice if your thinking of moving to telstra. Give yourself an uppercut!!!
